Loneliness is now considered a bigger indicator of poor health with an increased likelihood of mortality and is being compared to smoking 15 cigarettes a day. We are by nature social beings.
We are programmed to love the taste of sweet. Eating sweet fruit in the autumn helped us to store fat before the harsh winter months and is one of the reasons we are still here as a species. But we were never designed to have excess.
We live in a world filled with technology. We have a huge amount of information at our fingertips potentially unlimited knowledge, but does that equate to smart?
